Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to pet waste removal services from PurePaws LLC.
Terms of Service:
PurePaws LLC is an independently owned and operated business (“us”, “we” or “our”) that provides pet-waste management services to residences, businesses, and commercial properties. We guarantee the quality, reliability, and professionalism of our services. You agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sale and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire us for you, you are bound to these Terms.
The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on
weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.
Dog Waste Removal Service:
PurePaws LLC offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include One Time Cleaning, Weekly Cleaning, Twice Weekly Cleaning, and Every Other Week Cleaning. All pricing is based on the rate, by 52 weeks, over 12 months. Pricing is based on a number of facts that include, but are not limited to, the size of the yard, the number of dogs, clean up frequency, and the products subscribed to.
Access To Your Property:
By hiring PurePaws LLC, you are granting PurePaws LLC access to your designated yard or kennel areas of your property during the designated service date. If PurePaws LLC is not permitted on your property for any reason, this occurrence will be noted and the customer will be charged for full price of service. These reasons include but not limited to: the access area being locked, blocked, or aggressive dog(s) in the yard. We will do our absolute best to come back the same day. Please be patient with us if instances like this occur.
PurePaws LLC technicians are not permitted, nor required to enter a customer’s home unless previously agreed upon with PurePaws LLC owner.
Weather:
PurePaws LLC will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow. PurePaws LLC is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following week or another day of the scheduled week, weather permitting. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the week prior. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out.
Holidays & Days Off:
PurePaws LLC closes 14 days throughout the year for vacation. We will not charge you during these vacation days. In addition, PurePaws LLC does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your pick up day falls on one of these holidays, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up due to a holiday. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior. Monthly Rate is still based on 52 weeks.
Billing:
PurePaws LLC pre-bills monthly for our service.
We use Stripe for secure management of your debit/credit card details on file and will set your account up with a subscription if you are a weekly, twice weekly, or every other week scoop customer. Stripe will automatically charge you as defined in our agreement and we will provide you, as a customer, a secure link to manage your account (view paid and upcoming invoices, cancel or pause service, etc.).
Your account will be charged on the 1st of each month for service. We accept cash, check, and debit/credit cards. Even if your preference of pay is something other than a debit/credit card, there still must be a card on file. If your card is declined or you do not pay before the next service date, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be removed from the schedule. One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more than 30 days late, PurePaws LLC will turn your account over to collections.
Pricing:
PurePaws LLC pricing is determined based on service area and can be subject to change at any time. PurePaws LLC will notify you of these changes. Upon beginning services, you accept this condition and will adjust payment accordingly if prices change at any point in time. By ordering regular PurePaws LLC service, you are authorizing PurePaws LLC to charge your card the 1st of the month in correlation with your chosen frequency of service, number of dogs, and what services you are using. The customer is responsible for providing payment information ahead of first service and will be charged payment in full following initial service. If card information is not provided, service will not begin.
Service Options:
Service options are solely based on service area. Service schedule availability can change based on business needs and general workday productivity. You, the customer, are responsible for notifying PurePaws LLC of any changes in number of dogs, frequency of services, or services you would like to add or cancel. Customer is also responsible for notifying PurePaws LLC of service cancellation and is required to do so 24 hours before service.
Leaves, Debris, Tall Grass, Etc:
We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at purepawswilmington@gmail.com.
Late Fees:
A late payment fee of $10 will be added to each bill that is late. Payment is due the 1st of each month. Bill becomes late on the 10th of each month.
Residential Referral Promotion:
PurePaws LLC will honor the Referral Policy wherein if you refer a new customer, you will get 20% for one month. The 20% will be applied to your bill for the following month. The new customer must mention your name when they sign up for service or you, the current customer, must inform us you referred someone, in order for the discount to apply.
Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with that days scheduled service, simply let us know. We will come back to the property free of charge and redo the yard until you, the customer, is satisfied.
Liability:
PurePaws LLC assumes no liabilities for damage to yards, gates, pets or properties. By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Terms of Service of Changes:
PurePaws LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least a day’s notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
Terms of Service of Intellectual Property:
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PurePaws LLC.
